Automatic Flow Vibration Polisher Machine BZ-1A

Automatic Flow Vibration Polisher Machine BZ-1A
The flow-type finishing machine employs the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed operation of the bottom rotating disk to cause strong friction between the workpiece and the abrasive under the action of the fixed groove, resulting in a spiral eddy current movement that causes the workpiece and abrasive to rotate at high speeds and spiral flip.
Products Description
This machine consists primarily of a grinding tank, vibrating screen, machine base, feeding mechanism, and electrical cabinet.
- Grinding groove: Made up of a bottom spinning disc and a polygonal fixed grinding groove. The grinding tank is lined with a thick layer of high-strength, high-wear-resistant polyurethane (PU), ensuring long-term operation. The grinding tank is integrated with the motor and may be automatically turned backward 90° by pressing the button to discharge the abrasive and workpiece.
- The vibrating screen is made of steel plates that have been soldered together. The screen is fitted with a steel grid. The screen may be updated as needed based on the size of the workpiece and abrasive to produce the effect of automated material distribution.
- Machine foundation is built of welded square steel.
- Automatic turning mechanism: Using a motor transmission device, the abrasives and workpieces in the grinding tank are automatically poured into the vibration screening via the control button for sorting; it is manually reset after the sorting is complete.
- Electrical cabinet: made up of individual closed boxes. The panel’s indicator buttons allow you to control the entire machine’s functioning.
