The decoration machine can produce the desired effect quickly and improve the polish by more than two levels. The grinding efficiency is tenfold that of the vibrating finishing machine.

This machine is capable of automated turning and discharging, automatic vibrating screen sorting of workpieces and abrasives, automatic abrasive pouring into the grinding tank, frequency converter speed management, and time control. The operations listed above are managed by PLC programming to enable visual operation on a huge touch screen; this can be done fully automatically or manually.
